Tara King

Tara King is an Executive Producer, former CMO and experienced General Manager of creative businesses, a rare combination that brings together commercial insight, creative leadership and strategic direction. Her background gives her the ability to not only develop ideas that work in an audience driven entertainment market, but also to find the audience, build the brand and convert.

She has launched, relaunched and scaled some of Australia’s most successful media brands, including NOVA 969 and multiple channels on FOXTEL, and has produced and delivered content across live events, broadcast television, radio and digital platforms. From large scale live broadcasts to touring productions around the world, Tara’s career has been defined by creating work that resonates with audiences and delivers measurable impact.

Believing in the power of collaboration, Tara brings together the right creative and strategic talent to deliver projects with real influence. Her work includes producing and supporting projects such as the ABC documentary Fightback Farmers, and producing and promoting Cesar Millan Live (The Dog Whisperer) in 26 countries worldwide, alongside live broadcast events and brand led content initiatives.

Today, Tara continues to shape projects that fuse media, production and innovation, leveraging her expertise as an Executive Producer, CMO and business leader to help brands, organisations and communities engage audiences in ways that inform, inspire and transform.

Scott King

Scott King is a leader with a vision to transform, grow businesses and culture while maintaining and evolving the foundations of risk and governance. He has transformed and relaunched Qantas Credit Union from a small member-run business into the large, award-winning, and respected Mutual, Qudos Bank.

Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive strategic and operational experience, particularly at the Board and Executive levels. His expertise spans the full spectrum of corporate and retail strategy, having led significant customer and brand programs and complex business units, while also helping Boards and Management teams navigate periods of change.

Scott currently serves in Non-Executive Board roles with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), The Mutual Bank, and The National Affordable Housing Consortium (NAHC), bringing his governance, financial, and strategic expertise to organisations that make an impact across health, community, banking, and housing.

He has an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and decision-making, combined with a genuinely collaborative style of leadership. This ensures that he challenges others when needed, while still inspiring teams to perform at their best. As a Chief Executive Officer, Scott has been a spokesperson, international speaker, and industry commentator, with a respected profile in the banking sector.

Beyond his corporate work, Scott has also been actively involved in small businesses in the media and entertainment sectors.
